FAQ

Clear answers for buying, testing, licensing, downloading, and using SibelumPagi fonts.

Start with the scope

Most confusion disappears once the real use case is clear: desktop design, webfont embedding, trademarked logo use, app embedding, broadcast campaigns, or broader internal distribution.

Commercial files stay private

Preview assets remain public for testing. Paid packages are delivered only through private storage with controlled access.

Escalate early when needed

If the answer depends on trademarks, apps, server embedding, broadcast, or broader enterprise rollout, move to custom licensing before checkout.

Testing Fonts

Read this before checkout if delivery, license rights, or the purchase path is unclear.

Can I test a font before buying?

Yes. Use the Type Tester on the product page or the global Type Tester to preview public subset WOFF2 demo files before choosing a license.

Can I download the demo font?

No. Demo fonts are only available inside the website tester. They are not downloadable, licensed, or suitable for commercial use.

Are tester fonts the complete font files?

No. Tester fonts are limited preview files. Purchased commercial packages are delivered separately after payment eligibility is confirmed.

Why do some characters look different in the tester?

Some preview files may contain a reduced character set. The product description and license page explain what the paid package and usage scope include.

Licensing

Read this before checkout if delivery, license rights, or the purchase path is unclear.

Which license should I buy?

Choose the license that matches the real use: Desktop for standard design use, Webfont for one website, Logo for trademarked logos, App for embedding, Extended for small teams, Broadcast for media campaigns, and Corporate for broader company use.

Can I share the font file with my client or team?

No. Font files may only be used by the licensed user, team, company, or entity covered by the purchased license. Additional users require the correct license scope.

Can I use a font in a trademarked logo?

Only if you purchase the Logo License, Extended License, Corporate License, or an approved custom license that includes trademarked logo usage.

Can I request broader rights?

Yes. Use the contact form when existing SibelumPagi fonts need usage beyond the standard license tiers, including unusual embedding, large campaigns, or company-wide rollout.

Checkout And Delivery

Read this before checkout if delivery, license rights, or the purchase path is unclear.

Which payment provider is used?

SibelumPagi uses Paddle checkout for eligible digital font product and license purchases. Payment status is confirmed by backend payment logic and verified payment events.

When do I receive the font files?

Eligible paid orders receive access to commercial files through private storage and secure account/download flows after payment confirmation.

How are font files delivered?

Commercial packages are stored privately. Download access uses controlled delivery instead of public file URLs.

Custom usage?
